Why MOR Insights Exists
MOR Insights was founded by a former Verizon executive who spent over a decade inside the carrier ecosystem. During that time, one pattern became impossible to ignore: enterprises were consistently overpaying for wireless, locked into contracts they didn't fully understand, and relying on managed service providers that managed very little.
The carriers weren't going to fix it. Their business model depends on complexity. And the legacy TEM providers had become part of the problem: bloated platforms, impersonal service, and a focus on software licenses over actual results.
MOR Insights was built to be the alternative. A managed mobility practice led by people who understand how carriers operate from the inside, paired with hands-on service that treats every client's wireless program like it's our own. We started with a simple premise: if we bring genuine carrier expertise to the enterprise side of the table, the results will speak for themselves.
