This policy applies to our managed services and SaaS solutions for wireless account management, including access to third-party carrier platforms and business tools.

  • Account Information: Names, business contact details, and administrative contacts associated with your wireless carrier accounts

  • Wireless Account Data: Usage metrics, billing records, device inventory, and plan details provided by your carrier(s)

  • Login Credentials: Credentials you authorize us to use for accessing carrier or enterprise platforms

  • Communications: Emails, tickets, and other support correspondence with your team

  • Optional System Access: Information contained in other platforms you authorize us to access

We do not collect personal data directly from consumers or end users of mobile devices, unless specifically authorized and required to provide services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we access and collect solely for the purpose of delivering our services, including:

  • Managing and optimizing wireless plans

  • Placing equipment orders

  • Generating usage and savings reports

  • Communicating with your team

  • Supporting contract negotiations with wireless carriers

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or any purpose outside the scope of your agreement with us.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Wireless Carriers to act on your behalf, as authorized via Letters of Authorization

  • Service Providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers), under confidentiality and data security obligations

  • Authorized Personnel within your organization or ours, solely for the purpose of providing our services

We do not share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Role-based access controls

  • Encrypted storage and transmission of credentials

  • Limiting access to only those team members who need it to perform their duties

While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept this residual risk when using our services.

5. Your Choices and Responsibilities

  • Revoking Access: You may revoke our access to any system or platform at any time with written notice.

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the account information and credentials you provide are accurate and up to date.

  • End-User Data: If you request that we access or process data about your end users, you are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents.

6. Retention

We retain customer-related data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. You may request deletion of certain data upon service termination, subject to legal and operational constraints.

7. California Privacy Rights

Although we operate on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, if you are a California resident and your personal information is covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have rights including:

  • The right to know what categories of personal information we collect and use

  • The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
